I woke up this morning with a deep breath of relief. Literally. For the past two weeks, I’ve had a nasty respiratory infection. A bad cold. As it moved into my lungs, I knew that deep healing of past grief and sorrow was taking place. With gratitude, I surrendered to the experience, blessing my body in it’s healing and renew process.
Following is my prayer of gratitude. I know that I am emerging with more strength and health to serve God.
Thank you Lord, Beloved, Father.
I am in your tender embrace with such gratitude. In loving devotion, I kneel at your feet. You know me better than I know myself. In your infinite wisdom, you carried me through a deep healing. Trusting in you, I have surrendered to this cleansing to emerge purified by your loving compassion.
I am your loving servant, my Lord. Use me as you will. Help me to remain in humility and devotion serving only You all the days of this life that I may dwell in your Home for eternity.
With love, your daughter Kimberly
